Mostar, 10 September 1999 On September 7 Deputy High Representative from OHR(S) Ambassador Richard Ellerkmann and Head of UNHCR Office in Mostar Mr. Lennart Kotsalainen met with the mayor of Ravno municipality Mr. Andrija Simunovic. The topics of return and reconstruction in the municipality were discussed at length.
