Gradual Progress In Property Law Implementation; Failure To File Claims May Affect Right To Alternative Accommodation
Sarajevo, 23 January 2001 During the month of November, the rate of implementation of property laws in BiH rose from 19% to 20%. In the Federation, the rate has increased to 27% from 25%, and from 11% to 12% in the Republika Srpska. High Representative concerned with Presidency statement linking the nomination of the Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers to the formation of the BiH House of Peoples
