PLIP Statistics for April 2003
The PLIP agencies (OHR, UNHCR, OSCE, CRPC) announced today that 80 % of property claims have been resolved throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina as of the end of April 2003.

High Representative Appoints New HJPC Vice President
The High Representative, Paddy Ashdown, in accordance with the relevant BiH, Federation of BiH and Republika Srpska Laws, on Monday 2 June 2003 appointed Michael. T. O’Malley as Vice-President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC) and of both Entity HJPCs.
