OHR and OSCE Underline RS Responsibilities in Fulfilling the BiH Human Rights Chamber Decision on Srebrenica
Senior Deputy High Representative Bernard Fassier and OSCE Acting Head of Mission Victor Tkachenko yesterday sent a letter to the RS President, the RS Prime Minister and the Speaker of the RSNA underlining the responsibility of the Republika Srpska (RS) under the BiH Constitution to comply with the Decisions of the Human Rights Chamber (HRC).

The Agencies monitoring Property Law Implementation in BiH wish to announce the PLIP statistics for the month of June 2003.

PLIP Statistics for May 2003
The PLIP agencies (OHR, UNHCR, OSCE and CRPC) wish to announce that the Property Law Implementation has reached 8 per cent as of the end of May 2003 which is an increase of 2 per cent throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.
