The Supervisor of Brcko District, Henry L. Clarke, issued a Supervisory Order on 5 July 2001 imposing the Law on Education in Primary and Secondary Schools of Brcko District, which includes all amendments passed by the Brcko District Assembly on June 27.
The Order also puts into effect the harmonized curriculum developed for Brcko District over the past few months by the Primary Education Quality Board and the Education Collegium for secondary schools.
