The forming of the new Council of Ministers has given rise to a new sense of purpose and optimism, High Representative Valentin Inzko told Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Janša and Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec in separate meetings in Ljubljana today.

The High Representative expressed support for the new government’s resolve to focus on European integration, on measures to promote economic growth and on the adoption of a global fiscal framework for 2012-2014 and a state budget for 2012 that ensures the full functioning of the BiH’s institutions and the fulfilment of its international obligations.

Inzko thanked Slovenia for its continuing support to Bosnia and Herzegovina and to the country’s Euroatlantic integration process and to the Office of the High Representative.
