The OHR instruction on providing facilities for returnees’ children has not been fulfilled in all BiH Federation municipalities. OHR spokesperson Alexandra Stiglmayer stated that the most problematic municipalities are Bugojno, Stolac and Capljina. She informed that the OHR is still demanding these municipalities secure facilities for returnee children so that they can be taught according to the curriculum their parents choose. BiH Federation Education Minister Fahrudin Rizvanbegovic is certain that this situation will contribute to bringing a unified curriculum. The OHR said there were many discussions aimed at resolving this problem.
