Bosnia and Herzegovina needs positive change said High Representative Valentin Inzko when he met the UK’s Foreign Secretary William Hague. The Foreign Secretary is visiting Sarajevo today.
“Leaders must advance the reintegration of the country, and political decision making must be speeded up,” said the High Representative.
“Peace and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be secured through full respect for the Peace Agreement, and EU and NATO membership” said Inzko, underlining that the international community is “committed to this objective”.
High Representative Inzko pointed to the close cooperation he has with the EU’s Special Representative in BiH, and thanked the Foreign Secretary for the UK’s strong and continued support to BiH and the Peace Agreement.
