Following today’s meeting at the OHR, High Representative Valentin Inzko welcomed the announcement by the Federation President Zivko Budimir and the two Vice Presidents Mirsad Kebo and Svetozar Pudaric that next Tuesday they would announce their joint candidate for the vacancy in the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“This nomination represents an important step forward towards ensuring that the Federation Constitutional Court has the capacity to meet all its constitutional responsibilities”, Inzko said.
The High Representative expects this to be followed up with further steps by the competent authorities that lead to the Federation Constitutional Court being in full capacity.
