High Representative removes the Mayor of Municipality Mostar South West

The High Representative, Wolfgang Petritsch, today removed Mr. Ivan Mandic from his position as Head of Municipality Southwest in Mostar and barred him from holding any official, elective or appointive public office and from running in elections or for office within political parties.

High Representative meets Serb Civic Council President

The High Representative, Wolfgang Petritsch, met yesterday in Sarajevo with Mirko Pejanovic, President of the Serb Civic Council (SCC). The discussion focused on the implementation of the BiH Constitutional Court's decision on the constituency of BiH's peoples, return, and the recent threats against members of the SCC and their families.

The High Representative, Wolfgang Petritsch, has appointed Mr. Jean-Pierre Berçot as Deputy High Representative and Head of the OHR Mostar Office. Mr. Berçot was born in Vietnam (Hano?) in 1947. He is married and has two adult children.
