Memorandum on understanding was signed between USAID Mission Director, Buck and Central Bosnian canton Governor Saric, as well as representatives of Zenica-Doboj canton nine municipalities representatives. The memorandum covers allocation of $5 million for house reconstruction.

BiH Federation Ministry of Defence made a public announcement on the information on suspension of the “Equip and Train” programme. The announcement says that the only discordance in this program was about usage of flags between the Federation partners in the Federation Ministry of Defence. It was also said all other conditions were completely fulfilled, and that by the decision on suspension, the head of the programme, James Perdue underestimates 18 months of hard working of the Federation Ministry of Defence and Federation army.

With artillery support, four FRY military planes bombed Decani municipality in FRY region of Kosovo. US Special Envoy for Balkans, Gelbard, who called Kosovo Liberation Army terrorists at the beginning of conflicts, he today said that KLA is uprising, while Serbian Policemen are terrorists who, disappointed by casualties and loss of control, are making foolishness, and force the local population towards radical resistance. From May 29, 62 Albanians were killed, 150 are hostages, 200 are considered missing, while about 30.000 people left their homes, said Decani Democratic Alliance representative.

BiH Presidency member visited Zagreb today. After a meeting in Banski Dvori, the public announcement was made about unified entry of HDZ to elections, and new party leaders were appointed. OSCE decided who is the right and who the false representatives of Croatian Peasants Party. Sarajevo Canton Court brought a decision that changes Article 6 of decision of the High Court in Sarajevo from May 10. Authorised persons for representing CPP in the elections will be Ilija Simic, Dubravko Lovrenovic and Dragan Viklic, and not Stanko Sliskovic.
