Serbian electric energy system suffered complete failure, as NATO targets in last night were power plants. NATO disabled these targets by using carbon bombs to disrupt electrical installations. A passenger bus was hit on the road Djakovica-Podgorica, where at least 20 people were killed, Serbian media reported.

British Ministry of Defence said that Great Britain is to send six warships, including helicopter-carrier “Ocean” into the eastern part of Atlantic Ocean, that is, in Gibraltar area.

RTV BiH brought coverage of exhumations carried out in Lukavica. The very short coverage was consisted of BiH Federation Missing Persons Commissioner Amor Masovic’s speech. Masovic said that this is a war-cemetery, where mainly civilians and prisoners of Bosniak and Croat nationality were buried, and the grave includes at least eleven victims. Masovic also quoted Serb Patriarch Pavle who said, “we are on the road of justice and truth.”

UN Secretary General Special Envoy visited Livno. In her meeting with Cantonal Government President Mihaljevic and Vice President Bagaric, the main topics were deadlines for the multiethnic police, name and insignia of the canton.

Croat Presidency member Jelavic’s advisor Tihomir Begic said that the present RTV BiH is Moslem television, which is why Moslems care to keep it that way. Begic also said that Croats’ interest is that such television should not be anymore. Begic also said that the television transformation cannot continue without the Serb side, as the Serbs also participated in resources for former RTV Sarajevo.
