News Summary
Annan addresses letter to UN Security Council – Lehmann
UN spokesperson Stefo Lehmann stated at a press conference in Mostar that the possibility of cooperation was ignored by Croat officials in HN Canton and, because of this, UN General Secretary Kofi Annan decided to inform the UN Security Council of the obstructions. Lehmann stated that one of the issues of which Annan informed the UN Security Council were serious obstructions by Croat authorities, which affect all aspects of IC work in HN Canton. Reporting on the obstructions of Croat leaders in HN Canton cannot be helpful to Croat citizens, and these are the same leaders that promised voters a better tomorrow.
