News Summary

RTV BiH crew harassed by drunk Yugoslav Army soldiers

An RTV BiH crew, while reporting on events in Pristina, traveled towards a Kosovo Albanian settlement, where according to RTV BiH journalist Arijana Saracevic, they came across withdrawing Yugoslav Army soldiers. The reporter and cameraman turned around and started heading towards KFOR troops for protection. Two drunk Yugoslav Army soldiers, carrying weapons, approached the crew and realizing that they were from RTV BiH and asked them and KFOR, “what are you looking for here, on this land?” KFOR intervened and the incident was avoided.
