Mandzic welcomes establishment of multiethnic police in Srebrenica
Srebrenica Municipality President Nesib Mandzic stated that the opening of a local IPTF station will provide more appropriate conditions for the work of the multiethnic administration. He added that he expects more intensive returns of Bosniak refugees. Speaking of multiethnic police, Mandzic welcomed the establishment and stated that they should be formed in accordance with the election results. Mandzic stated that the newest OHR and OSCE decision to return Skelani area to Srebrenica Municipality will contribute refugee returns.

Intimidation and personal revenge motive for Monday’s explosion in Travnik as discovered by police investigation
A BiH Federation Interior Ministry, Central Bosnia Canton Interior Ministry and Travnik police investigation resulted in the arrest of two persons suspected of placing an explosive device under the car of Ejub Cejvan in Travnik. According to police, intimidation and personal revenge were the basic motives for this act. Central Bosnia Interior Minister Midhat Zubaca informed of the arrest. One of the suspects admitted that he committed a crime of intimidation out of personal revenge.

Pavletic announces formation of new post-election parliament in Croatia – Radio Free Europe
Acting Croatian President Vlatko Pavletic announced the formation of a new post-election parliament, Radio Free Europe reports. After meeting with Presidents of the HSS, IDS, HNS and LS, Pavletic announced that he will meet with representatives of all parliamentary parties in order to reach a final agreement on the formation of new the Parliament.
