Several hundreds of Serb students protested in streets of Brcko today, with nationalist slogans. They destroyed several cafes and stoned two Bosniac houses. Protests ended about 2 p.m. The Brcko District police carried out security measures in the town. Reported by Slobodanka Radojkovic.

SFOR confiscated a large quantity of illegal weapons near Banja Luka, Nedeljka Breberina reported.

4 B&H NGOs demanded that the Federation and RS parliaments urgently adopt amendments to entity constitutions, in accordance with the decision of the B&H Constitutional Court on constituent status of three B&H peoples. Reported by Anes Alic.

The Yugoslav President, Vojislav Kostunica sent a letter to participants of the Stability Pact session in Istambul. In the letter, Kostunica said he was ready for membership of the UN, establishment of diplomatic relations with neighbouring countries and solving the issue of succession.
