Mostar, 28 May 1999 On 27 May, various media houses stated that the reconstruction of the Balinovac Mosque in Municipality South West has not started yet because ROHR(S) and the Municipality South West have failed to give their consent. The Office of the High Representative refutes these provocative accusations.
