Banja Luka
The RS Minister of Judiciary, Milan Trbojevic, announced today that the Hague Tribunal had expended indictment against the Yugoslav President, Slobodan Milosevic, because of the initiation of the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Up to date, Slobodan Milosevic was indicted only for the Kosovo tragedy. The report was produced by OBN reporter from Banja Luka, Tatjana Lajsic.
This was followed by the reaction of the ex Banja Luka Mayor, Predrag Radic, to a report published by the BETA Agency about several names from the secret Hague list, including Mayor’s. Predrag Radic said he was surprised with the news.
Zagreb
The Canton Court in Zagreb decided today to hand over indicted for the war crimes, Mladen Naletilic Tuta, to the Hague Tribunal. A report that the Hague Tribunal sent recently to the UN Security Council about the refusal of Croatia to cooperate with the Tribunal, could result with unpleasant sanctions against the Republic of Croatia, Goran Vezic reported for TV INFO from Zagreb.
Banja Luka / Mostar
The USA Ambassador to UN, Richard Holbrooke, visited Banja Luka and Mostar today. During his visit to Banja Luka, the Ambassador said that still there were people who were separatists, racists, war criminals and thieves throughout that area, and two political parties, Serb Democratic Party (SDS) and Serb Radicals who had been breaching provisions of the Dayton Peace Agreement. The report from Banja Luka was produced by OBN reporter from the town, Valentina Knezevic.
This was followed by a report on the Ambassador’s visit to Mostar. The Ambassador said that the issue of Mostar had to be solved if we wanted BiH to be successful. The report was produced by OBN reporter from Mostar, Mirsad Behram. The Ambassador visits Zagreb tomorrow in order to meet the Republic of Croatia President, Franjo Tudman.

A report on the visit of the USA General Henry Shelton, Commander of the US Army Staff, who said he came to BiH in order to examine the entire situation in the region.
Sarajevo
A report on the session of the BiH Council of Ministers held today in Sarajevo. Again, members of the Council did not reach a decision on the vital issue – the joint market. Different tax rates in BiH entities still present. This was followed by a report on the session of the BiH Federation, held today in Sarajevo. The Government accepted changes for this year budget. The Government also discussed difficult position of pensioners. OBN reporter, Amarildo Gutic, reports on pensioners in the BiH Federation.
Banja Luka
A piece on the session of the RS Government held today in Banja Luka. The Government discussed issuing of green cards for vehicles, necessary for travelling abroad.
This was followed by a report on the strike of one part of the RS elementary and secondary schools. Approximately 68% of the RS schools were on strike, OBN reporter from Banja Luka, Suzana Vukcevic, confirmed.
Sarajevo
The High Representative Deputy for Media, Simon Haselock, said for OBN that the main goal of the High Representative decision about changes and annexes of the law on public RS radio and television was to move away radio and television from the influence of government and political parties. Sarajevo
A piece on coming of the new, permanent Nuncio of the Pope in BiH, Msgn Giuseppe Leanza. Msgn Giuseppe Leanza is the first Nuncio in BiH with the permanent residence in Sarajevo.
A report on the relations between BiH and the Republic of Croatia after the recent accusations made by the member of the BiH Council of Ministers, Haris Silajdzic. Haris Silajdzic was proclaimed for the “persona non grata” in the Republic Croatia and yet position of the official institutions in BiH was not presented.
