I would like to take this opportunity to remind all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina that they will need to be in possession of the new common license plate issued together with the common vehicle registration document in order to be able to leave Bosnia and Herzegovina by road, and to cross international frontiers, from 00:01 hours on 1 June 1998. Vehicles which are not in possession of the correct license plates and documentation will not be allowed to do so thereafter.
