OHR spokesperson Alexandra Stiglmayer stated that evictions should be continued during the winter for those people who had some other accommodation. In a statement to the Sarajevo press, commenting on the statement of the FBiH PM Edhem Bicakcic according to which the evictions would not take place in the winter time, Stiglmayer said that only people who did not have alternative accommodation would not be evicted in the period from November 15- March 15.

In accordance with the RS Government programme plan, the municipal authorities of Pale have been intensively working on closing the collective centres. In the area of the Pale municipality, the construction of 30 housing units has started in Podgrab, and 67 in Mokro. The RS Government has approved resources amounting to DM 4.5 million for this project.
