Alun Roberts confirmed at a press conference that a Serb, Branko Vidnjevic was killed on November 3, 1998 near Kljuc. He also said that Vidnjevic was found dead near a truck with FRY licence plates and had 15,000 DM with him. Federal police apprehended two suspects, Muslims, and they are in detention in Sanski Most.

Cvijetin Spasic and Vojislav Simic, who as refugees live in Doboj village Potocani, were arrested by mujahedins, Islamic warriors, who live in Ozren village Gornja Bocinja and molested for 11 hours after which they were handed over to the Federal police in Donja Bocinja.- TANJUG reports.

A group of Albanian terrorists attacked a Serb police patrol on the Suva rijeka-Orahovac road. Police fired back and killed five attackers who were dressed in camouflage uniforms with KLA insignia and armed with automatic weapons and hand grenade launchers.

The first KM coins of 10, 20, and 50 pfennigs will be in circulation at the beginning of December – Peter Nicoll, Central Bank Governor, said it at a press conference. After inspecting sample of the first coins, the Royal English Mint was authorised serial production and first there will be KM 10m in 10 pfennigs and KM 10m in 20 pfennigs.

The High Representative, Carlos Westendorp suspended Article 3, paragraph 6 of the Law on cessation of the Law on abandoned apartments of the B&H Federation as well as sales of apartments to people who obtained tenancy rights from April 30, 1991. “These measures do not alter the laws nor permanently change the rights of any person but prevent further worsening of refugee and DP positions” – a press statement says.
