Kosovo

– 35,000 VJ troops have already left Kosovo; – 40,000 Serbs continue to flee from Kosovo; -Patriarch Pavle met Lt.Gen. Jackson in Pristina; -20,000 Albanians returned to Kosovo; -KFOR press conference in Pristina (Robin Clifford) – Clinton-Chirac: Milosevic must be removed before any international organisation commences a programme of reconstruction for Serbia ; – Jamie Shea : an Outline Agreement on Disarmament of KLA is reached;

RS events

– RS Government session : price of wheat, RS will request SFOR to compensate for the damage to agriculture because of the SFOR ban on the use of anti-hail system during the strikes; -Dodik, Kauzlarich, Head of USAID– $17.7 million project for reconstruction of infrastructure in RS; -Brcko Mayors, Kauzlarich, USAID– 43 million KM project for reconstruction of infrastructure in Brcko; – RS and BiH Federation Army representatives attended an SFOR HQ meeting in Ilidza; -Further extension on Westendorp’s decision to extend the deadline for filing claims to repossess socially-owned apartments in RS, requested by Association of refugees and DPs who are in Serbia. The Association wants the deadline to be extanded until the end of the year or until March next year because many people who are in Serbia were not able to submit the request; -SRT penalty for unbalanced reporting during the NATO strikes against FRY, said R.Gillete (IMC).
