With the testimony of high RS politicians, the arbitration process for the IEBL in the area of Brcko continued in Vienna today. However, according to the SRT special reporter Zoran Mirkovic, there has been a certain turn of events in the Austrian capital especially after the testimony of the BiH Federation President Ivo Andric Luzanski. Luzanski stated yesterday afternoon that he does not support the official standpoint of the BiH Federation, which was submitted in written form to the Arbitration Commission in Vienna. In that document it is stated that the BiH Federation advocates the solution that Brcko should be either a part of the BiH Federation or a special district. Luzanski said that neither he himself as the Federation president nor the Croat people support the idea of a special district since it would be a third entity which would be contrary to the Dayton Agreement. According to the assessment of the participants in the arbitration process in Vienna, that statement is important for it shows that there is no unity regarding the Brcko issue in the Federation leadership nor between the two peoples.
