SPRS Election Conference in Brcko
The SPRS held an election conference in Brcko, at which RS National Assembly Speaker and member of the SPRS Main Board Petar Djokic stated that the next goal of the SPRS is to aid refugees and displaced persons. Djokic promised the distribution of several hundred land plots will begin for refugees and displaced persons. The RS must not ignore its right and obligation to protect its interests in Brcko, although the RS did not accept the political decision of the arbitration tribunal, added Djokic. Djokic stated that Brcko is equally in the RS and BiH Federation, but that the RS has more have a claim on Brcko, which belongs to the RS in accordance with the distribution of BiH territory on the 51%:49% principle.

Dragicevic statement
RS Minister for Refugees and Displaced Persons Miladin Dragicevic stated that the new law on refugees and displaced persons strengthened obligations to the revisions of the displaced and refugee status. The new law also strengthened the right of refugees and displaced persons to register themselves with competent bodies to obtain returnee documents and IDs, added Dragicevic.
