Doboj Municipality President-elect Ninkovic cannot take office – PEC

The OSCE Provisional Election Commission has decided that Milan Ninkovic cannot be the President of the Doboj Municipality, said OSCE spokesperson Pearse McCorley. He said that in 1997 the Election Appeals Sub-Commission (EASC) decided that he could not attend sessions or participate in the authority of this municipality due to obstructionism. Decisions made by the EASC do not have a time limit and are still in force, said McCorley.
