At an IC press conference in Sarajevo, the OHR said that it regrets the recent activities of BiH Presidency Chairman Ante Jelavic and Member Zivko Radisic. The OHR believes that the proposal of that law should be sent into BiH Parliamentary procedure as soon as possible, because the border service is an institution of BiH. Speaking on criticism to the proposed permanent election law, OSCE spokesperson Tanya Domi stated that according to that law, all refugees would have the right to vote.
