News Summary
IC not satisfied with nomination of Spasoje Tusevljak – Johnson
The international community is not satisfied with the nomination of Spasoje Tusevljak as Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers, said Deputy High Representative Ralph Johnson after a meeting with BiH Presidency member Jelavic. Reasons include the fact Tusevljak is not too well informed of the current situation and political life in BiH, and that he resides outside of BiH, Johnson said. He stressed the importance of the responsibility of BiH common institutions in the nomination process. Jelavic said that, in spite of everything, one must respect the real situation in BiH. He emphasized that the BiH Parliament should be allowed to decide about supporting possible candidates for this post.
