BiH Presidency held extraordinary session, discussing organisation of the Stability Pact meeting. In this regard, the Presidency has made decision on establishing of the Main Board for the Summit organisation, chaired by Ante Jelavic. This board also includes, Alija Izetbegovic, Zivko Radisic, CoM Co-chairmen Haris Silajdzic and Svetozar Mihajlovic, CoM Vice Chairman Neven Tomic, and FA Minister Jadranko Prlic.

Presidency members also met with US First Advisor, Dobbins. Main issues of the meeting were the forthcoming summit of the Stability Pact, refugee return, implementation of Presidential initiative on return to Sarajevo, Mostar and Banja Luka, border police, permanent electoral law, and economic and media reforms.

BiH Presidency Chairman Jelavic and Director of the World Bank Mission to Bosnia O’Sullivan signed four credit arrangements worth $148 million. The arrangements are regarding structural accordance of public finances and credit for structural adaptation of privatisation, a project for exporting companies and a pilot project for protection of cultural heritage in Mostar.

NATO Supreme Commander for Europe Wesley Clark said “NATO must not leave Bosnia peace-keeping task by sending its troops away from BiH as certain countries did”. NATO will do anything to avoid such appearances again. According to the Russian media, NATO completed negotiations with Russia on participation of Russian troops in Kosovo.

Council of Bosniak Institutions in the Brcko District held a round-table session. Main issue on the agenda was problems in implementation of the final Arbitration Decision for Brcko. It was said that implementation must be accelerated and that there are still activities “behind the scene” with which the RS authorities are attempting to obstruct the implementation.

Adem Boric, former head of the Una/Sana Canton SDA today explained the reasons of his resignation. Boric said that there are at least three reasons: incompatibility of functions he is conducting, necessity for professionalism of the person at this party function and his health condition.
