News Summary
Distance between Radisic and RS Government evident
The distance between BiH Presidency Member Zivko Radisic and the RS Government is evident in the issue of Svetozar Mihajlovic’s bid for Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers. Mihajlovic publicly announced the conditions that Radisic put before him; the SNS should leave Sloga, the RS National Assembly should give Dodik a vote of no confidence and Biljana Plavsic should withdraw form the position of SNS President and leave the RS. RS Prime Minster Milorad Dodik stated that the election of a Council of Ministers Chairman needs to be arranged in cooperation with the RS Government. “It is unacceptable that Radisic set conditions to Mihajlovic for the position” Dodik says. “If Radisic ever possessed moral credibility, he lost it with setting these conditions, which channel things in a completely different direction.” Dodik sees Mihajlovic as the most suitable candidate.

SDA may refuse most arguable election results
“There will be no rigorous replacements in the party, but the upcoming Main Board extraordinary session on 28 April will concentrate on the performance of party members” sated SDA spokesperson Adnan Jahic. “All SDA objections to the course of the elections have been refused, since they are not suitable to the OSCE. The most arguable results may not be accepted by the SDA.” The party is still insisting on the position of Foreign Affairs Minister in the Council of Ministers.
