US President Clinton demanded from Serbian authorities to withdraw their forces and cease the violence. British Foreign Affairs Minister, Cook said that the US and Europe will put pressure on Milosevic to suspend the officers responsible for the massacre.

During the meeting of the Pope John Paul the Second with BiH Bishops in Vatican, the Pope praised decision of BiH Catholic Church to announce this year the year of reconciliation. Bosnian Archbishop Vinko Puljic thanked the Pope for his personal contribution to the peace implementation and informed him that there were 528.000 Catholics in BiH, while presently, there are 206.000 Catholics in BiH.

Croat refugees from Bugojno held a meeting in Livno, discussing the issues and problems of return, and the meeting was also an opportunity to update registry on membership in the HDZ. Many refugees protested at the meeting, saying that they are not interested in the HDZ or anything else but to return to their homes.
