BiH TV made a special issue of the news, dedicated in full to the election process. In this one hour and 15 minutes issue, BiH TV reported from about 25 cities and their polling stations throughout Bosnia. Most of the polling stations were closed about 16:00 hours, and although there are no official results of how many voters did fulfill their citizen’s duty, OSCE brought the data on voting yesterday, which was about 23% in the RS, while in the Federation, 28% to 41% of people voted, depending on canton. 153.025 voters were registered out of the country, and since this morning, their votes are coming for counting to Lukavica for the RS and to Rajlovac for the BiH Federation. As reported from OSCE Media Centre in Tuzla, 58% of people voted in this canton.

BiH TV reporting team was detained in a police station in Banja Luka for about two hours. As said by BiH TV reporters, the main reason for this was moving of the TV team through the town. 57% of voters voted in Banja Luka, 52% in Prnjavor, 68% in Modrica, 50% in Derventa, Kotor Varos 68%, Lopare 62, 70% in Ugljevik and about 60% in Bijeljina. Bosniaks and Croats from the Federation mainly voted in their present places of living. SDS and RS Radicals representatives expressed their dissatisfaction with many “violations of election rules”.

76% of voters voted in Novo Sarajevo municipality. Other Sarajevo municipalities showed similar results, just like desires of voters are similar.

The problem of lack of registration lists appeared in 107 polling stations. One of such municipalities is Teocak, where about 50% people voted today. About 70% of people voted in Tuzla/Podrinje Canton.

Voting in Brcko went without problems. Commenting a poster of Radovan Karadzic on a house, Brcko Supervisor Farrand said that the poster was on a private house, and that there was no use to warn this person about it, for it is the same old story. About 75% people voted in the zone under supervision.

About 73% of voters voted in Orasje municipality. No incidents were registered during the voting process.
About 65% of voters voted in Gorazde municipality. Local elections committee expressed their dissatisfaction with the voting process, complaining that there was lot of technical mistakes by OSCE, which resulted in decreased voters from the Federation were voting in Foca. BiH TV news team was attacked in Foca, fortunately with no consequences, and was forced to leave the town.

HR deputy Schumacher visited Srebrenica polling stations. Schumacher said that people are not frightened and can vote for whom they want. HR Westendorp visited polling station in Serb part of Dobrinja and polling station Bascarsija. Westendorp said that there were no incidents in these polling stations and that situation is better than at the last elections. HR deputy Klein visited Kiseljak municipality. Klein visited four polling stations and said that this is an example of how the people can live and vote together.
