BiH Federation House of Representatives adjourns session due to lack of quorum
The BiH Federation House of Representatives started a new session that was adjourned at a certain point due to a lack of quorum. A TV BiH journalist comments: “Delegates have again shown a high level of personal irresponsibility and they are an example of the shameful work of the BiH Federation Parliament (…) Most of the time, the BiH Federation House of Representatives works without a quorum. Usually, almost half the required number of delegates do not attend sessions. Those who do come, use the parliament’s podium more to satisfy their own vanity than discuss the house agenda. In the end, they themselves do not know what they were talking about. It seems, as if they have accomplished much when in fact, in practical terms, they have done nothing. The parliament looks more like an informal and idle gathering of people than a parliament” said the TV BiH journalist commenting on the work of the BiH Federation parliament.
