Zagreb
In the Croatian capital, the first round of talks between the BiH and the Republic of Croatia about identification and marking of border crossings between the two countries have finished. During next week, the talks on the issue will be finalized.
Sarajevo
The train between Sarajevo and Ploce will convey passengers for the first time after seven years. The trip to Ploce from Sarajevo will last four and a half hours. OBN reporter, Slobodan Maksimovic, produced the report.
Mostar
The High Representative in BiH, Carlos Westendorp, made a decision today to suspend the deadline for submitting applications for property claim in Drvar. The decision had been made in order to protect the rights of those who owned flats in the Drvar Municipalities before the war and who were not able to submit their applications within the previously determined deadline.
The High Representative was on a two day visit in Mostar. He said that the division in Mostar is not possible any more and had to be broken. This was confirmed by OBN reporter from Mostar, Mirsad Behram.
Banja Luka
Deputy High Representative, Jacques Klein, visited Banja Luka today. He announced support to the RS worth $112 million. He also said that all citizens would have green cards when travelling abroad, which means that they would not have to pay expensive insurance. Reporter from Banja Luka, Valentina Knezevic, reported for OBN.
Sarajevo
A report on the session of the Representative House of the Federal Parliament held in Sarajevo today.Members from the Representative House adopted changes of the Law on Pension and Invalid Insurance and adopted the law on amnesty. OBN reporter, Amarildo Gutic, produced the report.
Banja Luka
Military officers of the Federal Army and the RS Army met in Banja Luka today. Their meeting was a part of the Agreement on Arm Control implementation. The entity armies have to hold such meetings twice a year in order to support mutual confidence and understanding.
Sarajevo
A piece on the development of the permanent election law in BiH. Citizens and political parties participate in this process through the OSCE informative campaign. Approximately 12 political parties from the BiH Federation were invited to the meeting held in Lukavica today. However, only two parties showed up.
Kosovo
This was followed by news on the break of talks between the Russian and NATO military delegations on locations in Kosovo where Russian troops will be deployed.
Today in New York, 16 countries, including G 8 and China, discussed ways of how the UN could speed up the process of civil implementation in Kosovo. Reports from the ground confirm that unorganised return to Kosovo is slowing down.
World
A report on fights between Turkey and Kurd forces in the South East of Turkey was followed by a report on the continuation of the talks in Belfast about the Northern Ireland peace plan implementation, floods in Japan and the end of five year mandate of the German President.
Sarajevo

During the last year, 500,000 people have returned to their pre-war homes. During this year, only 20,000 of them. OBN reporter, Sanjn Beciragic, researched the theme highlighting activities of the BiH Presidency.
Bijeljina / Cazin
A report on the return to the Bijeljina residential quarter “Pet jezera” (Five Lakes) where 36 flats were built for Serb returnees was followed by a report on the process of return in the Prijedor Municipality. Approximately several thousand pre-war Prijedor citizens are waiting to return to their homes.
Vitez
A piece on the project presentation of preservation of the environment in the Srednja Bosna Canton where the problem of garbage disposal would be solved. The German organization Eco Eco is ready to provide funds for the project.
Kresevo
A report on the finalising of the environment protection project in Kresevo. The funds, worth DEM 25 million, were invested all over the BiH.
Sport
