Mostar
The new High Representative in BiH, Wolfgang Petritsch, visited Mostar for the first time since he had been appointed. The High Representative met with the canton and town officials. The report was produced by OBN reporter from Mostar, Mirsad Behram.
Sarajevo
After his arrest in Vienna, the head of the RS Army Headquarters, Momir Talic, was transported to Hague yesterday. The USA welcomed the action while Russia condemn it. Military representatives of international forces in BiH and Bosnian Serbs agreed to continue their cooperation regardless to yesterday’s arrest, OBN reporter, Zeljka Lekic, confirmed. The OSCE Spokesman said that they were not informed about the arrest before it happened. General Momir Talic went to Vienna upon an invitation of OSCE to attend a seminar on military issues.
Austria recommended to its citizens to postpone their travels to RS after the arrest of the RS General in Vienna. The BiH Council of Ministers did not agree upon protest letter to the Austrian Government due to the arrest of the General Momir Talic. The report on this was produced by OBN reporter, Anes Alic.
Banja Luka
The main topic of the RS Government session, held today in Banja Luka, was the arrest of the RS Army General, Momir Talic. The Government severely protested against OSCE and the Austrian Government. The Government also discussed strike of the RS teachers, scheduled for September 1st. The RS Minister of Education, Nenad Suzic, warned that those school directors, who go on strike, will be suspended.

The President of the International Hague Tribunal formally denounced Croatia to the Security Council because they refused to cooperate in the investigation about military operations “Bljesak” and “Oluja” and the refusal to deliver Mladen Naletilic Tuta, indicted for war crimes during the war in BiH, to the Hague Tribunal, Vjera Bogati reported from Hague for TV INFO.
Turkey
Delegation of the European Union visited Istanbul in order to get information about consequences of the earthquake, OBN reporter from Turkey, Amarildo Gutic, confirmed. Mistrust of the citizens towards the measures that the Government introduced in order to alleviate consequences of the earthquake grows.
Kosovo
