Travnik (Podovi)
Unidentified individuals damaged several tombstones in the Podovi village near Travnik. They also pulled out several crosses in the Catholic graveyard. The same graveyard has been devastated several times. It is possible that the incident will slow down the return of Croats to the village. This was followed by a report on refugee return to the Pecine village in the Novi Travnik municipality. Before the war, 2,500 Croats had lived in the village. Eight houses have been reconstructed to date. Fifteen individuals returned. The funds were provided through UMCOR. The Croatian Government is currently reconstructing houses in the village for the returnees from Croatia, OBN reporter, Vanja Elezovic, confirmed.
Banja Luka
The RS Ministry of Finance announced new measures for the protection of RS budget funds. Although the official exchange rate in the RS between KM and Yugoslav dinar is 1:16, on the streets of Banja Luka it was 1:20 today. OBN reporter from Banja Luka, Nedeljka Breberina, produced the report.

Pakistan General announced establishment of the six member National Security Council. The Council will manage the country. Russian troops are coming closer to the Chechen capital, Grozni. Approximately 160,000 refugees left the country. The British newspaper “The Observer” announced that NATO hit the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade, in May this year intentionally. The British Foreign Minister, Robin Cook, denied the accusation immediately. Protests of citizens in Belgrade continue. In Kosovo, several explosions occurred. No one was injured. He is considered the best biographer of the ex Yugoslav President, Josip Broz Tito. Jasper Ridley talked about the relation between nationalism and great powers of the world.
