The Chairman of OSCE and the Austrian Foreign Minister, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, during her first visit to BiH on this position, met with the senior officials of BiH and the International Community. Her message to BiH was that it was a high time for peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina to start deciding on their destiny and that BiH authorities had to be more efficient in the implementation of their decisions. This was followed by a piece on the visit of the EU Presidency Envoy, Jose Cutiliero. Mr. Cutiliero is known as the ex Chairman of the first Peace Plan for BiH which was made several days before the war in BiH started. OBN reporter, Amarildo Gutic, produced a short piece on the peace process in March 1992. Mr. Cutiliero said that if his plan was accepted at that time, the war in BiH would probably not be waged. However, according to that plan, BiH would had been an independent state within its borders but divided in three parts according to the ethnic principle.
Two years ago, Bosnia and Herzegovina asked the Japanese International Agency for the Cooperation “JICA” to make a study on the development of the transportation master plan for BiH. The Agency submitted their first report and which the BiH ministers accepted and signed. The first report is consisted of the plan for the development of telecommunications in BiH. In Budapest, a two day meeting of the Prime Ministers of the neighboring countries of the Federal Republic Yugoslavia started. The NATO Secretary General, George Robertson, invited the Yugoslav President Milosevic to cancel economic blockade of Montenegro, accusing him for creating tensions in Kosovo. After a meeting with the Croatian President Stipe Mesic, the UN Envoy for Refugees, Sadako Ogata, said that she was encouraged with his determination to solve the refugee problem. Reports on Kosovo, Iran, Taiwan and Chechnya were presented. The report on current events in the world was produced by OBN journalist, Zeljka Lekic.
Banja Luka
The Scotland Yard will submit the results of their investigation of the exploded car in which Zeljko Kopanja, Editor-in-chief of “Nezavisne novine” daily, was injured. The report will be submitted in seven to ten days time to the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs, Sanja Srdic, confirmed for TV INFO from Banja Luka.
Sarajevo /Zagreb
A piece on the article published in the Croatian “Jutarnji list” daily where it was said that the Member of the BiH Presidency, Ante Jelavic, and other 112 officials of HVO receive salaries from the Republic of Croatia. The report was produced by OBN reporter, Sanjin Beciragic.
OBN reporter from Zagreb, Gordana Simonovic, confirmed that the Croatian Minister of Defence, Jozo Rados, ordered starting of an investigation on the allegations published in “Jutarnji list”.
Tuzla

The Ambassador of the Holy See Apostolic Nunciature in BiH, Monsignor Geusepe Leanca, visited Banja Luka and met with the Banja Luka Bishop, Franjo Komarica, and the RS Minister of Religions, Jovo Turanjanin, Igor Pozgaj confirmed for TV INFO from Banja Luka.
