I send my best wishes and support to President Zubak, on the occasion of the founding assembly of his political party, the “New Croat Initiative”.
I regret that I will not be able to attend. I will, however, be represented by my Deputy Hanns Schumacher.
Pluralism in the Bosnian political arena is welcome. Good governance and democracy are key for the forthcoming elections, and I welcome any step which President Zubak’s party takes towards cementing this. President Zubak has always been a good representative of the Croat people in Bosnia and Hercegovina. From Posavina to Central Bosnia and Hercegovina, Croats have a long history in this country and good representation for the Croat people of Bosnia at the political level is essential. I know that President Zubak’s Party will contribute to these goals.
