Having compared the text of the Instruction on the Application of the Amended Law on Cessation of the Law on Abandoned Apartments as published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 11/98, 38/98,12/99 and 27/99, the following technical mistakes have been established. Therefore, in accordance with my powers under Annex 10 of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Article XI of the Conclusions of the Peace Implementation Conference held in Bonn, on 10 December, 1997, I hereby issue
CORRECTIONOF THE INSTRUCTION ON THE APPLICATION OF THE LAW ON CESSATION OF APPLICATION OF THE LAW ON ABANDONED APARTMENTS IN ITS AMENDED FORMS, AS PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE OF THE FEDERATION OF BiH 11/98,38/98,12/99,27/99 and 43/991. In Item 32, paragraph 2, the date of 30 April 1999 shall be replaced by the date of 30 April, 1991.
2. In Item 40, paragraph 2, the date of 30 April 1999 shall be replaced by the date of 30 April, 1991.
