Deputy High Representative Jacques Klein met President of BiH Presidency, Zivko Radisic in Banja Luka, TVBiH reported. Brcko decision is not anti-Serb and does not divide Republika Srpska, Klein said after the meeting. If former RS President (Poplasen) was more effective things might have been different, Klein said. Radisic said that Brcko decision poses a threat for further implementation on Dayton peace agreement, TV said. Radisic also said he asked Klein to organize a meeting between Roberts Owen and RS representatives to discuss the decision.

Ambassador Gelbard also met Croat member of the BiH Presidency Ante Jelavic, TV said. “We are not for radicalism and separatism but we will not leave Croats in central Bosnia on their own,” Jelavic said. Gelbard said the US government is ready to help Croats in Bosnia achieve their rights, TV said.

First train arrived to Bihac station after seven years, TV reported. A train load of oil for EnergoPetrol come from the Port of Ploce in neighboring Croatia. In a very enthusiastic report with footage and interviews from Bihac, TV said this was the first train to run across Bosnia.

Head of OHR in Mostar Richard Ellerkmann, commenting a round table on third entity held in Mostar, told a news conference there cannot be BiH without Croats, TVBiH reported. It is the duty of the international community to protect interests and rights of Croats in BiH, Ellerkmann said. “The third entity cannot offer anything,” he said. “This cannot be achieved in the common state or the Federation.” He added the third entity is unconstitutional and against Dayton peace accord. “We do not intend to change the Dayton agreement,” Ellerkmann said.
