The G8 foreign Ministers achieved agreement on Kosovo in Bonn. The agreement covers allocation of foreign troops in Kosovo, under supervision of the United Nations.

RTV BiH correspondents called in from Belgrade and Podgorica and reporting on last night’s NATO actions in Yugoslavia. Podgorica reporter, Ramovic also updated on the case of arrest of Croatian Journalist Maslo.

Witnesses said that Macedonia again closed its border towards Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. It is estimated that several thousand people are waiting to enter Macedonia.

The Republic of Srpska Government held a session today and has analysed materials for the upcoming donors’ conference. Minister for International Economic Relations, Loncar said that the donors should allocate one billion US dollars for successful economic reconstruction and development of the Republic of Srpska.

US Ambassador Kauzlarich held a press conference. Main issue of Kauzlarich speech was the upcoming donors’ conference and refugee return to Sarajevo and BiH.

The OHR refuted the statement that the Federation Parliament HoP session was postponed because the Office did not offer its legal opinion on procedural issues, regarding the Agreement on Special Relations between the Federation and Croatia, OHR spokesperson Fergusson said.
