RS officials and political parties comment on signing of border agreement
RS officials and political parties commented on the border agreement.
SNS Vice-president Svetozar Mihajlovic informed that BiH Presidency member Zivko Radisic had already submitted objections to the signed agreement. Mihajlovic stated that a period of hard fighting in order to prove that the River Una is a natural and functional border follows. Member of the BiH Commission for Borders, Ostoja Kremenovic, stated that inter-state diplomatic commission should suggest a new solution for the state border between the two countries by the end of the year. RS Vice-president Mirko Sarovic judged the signing of the agreement as unconstitutional and non-Dayton, ONASA reported. The SNSD considered that the issue of the border in Serb Kostajnica was politicized and that the issues, which are not sufficiently defined by the Dayton Agreement, are being used to cause conflict situations.
