Grabovica
Hague Tribunal investigators came to B&H today. They will investigate atrocities committed against Bosnian Croats in Grabovica. Grabavica is located between Mostar and Jablanica. Paul Risley, Chief Prosecutor spokesman confirmed for OBN. Vedran Persic produced the report.
Mostar
Vice President of Croatian Government, Goran Granic, visited Mostar without official announcement.
Mr Granic met City Authorities and talked about co-operation between Mostar and Zagreb.They dicussed implementation of agreements achieved during the recent visit of Croatian Prime Minister, Ivica Racan.

About 50 persons are living in tents in Kozja Luka, Foca Municipality. They are eager to return to their houses. European Union donated EURO 900 000 for reconstruction of 70 houses.

Dobretici Municipality is the poorest in Central Bosnia Canton. Although its citizens want to return home, there are no donations of International Organisations. The citizens themselves will not be able to reconstruct their destroyed villages. The report was produced byVanja Elezovic.

OHR is concerned because of obstructions made by Miro Jovic, Deputy of Federal Ministar of Education and Nenad Suljic, Ministar of Education in RS. Their activities are politically motivated and they do not contribute to school reforms. OHR requests from Federal and RS Government to stop discrimination in schools. Dragan Stanimirovic reported.

UN Mission will donate DM 500 000 – 1 million to Factulties in Sarajevo. This money should be used for enterances (for wheelchair), elevators and other facilities for invalid persons. Sevko Bajic produced the report.
