Yugoslavia
NATO is still determined to make Slobodan Milosevic comply with all conditions made by the Alliance insisting he can not put a veto on a composition of international forces. British press reports that the Yugoslav President prepares his peace plan. A meeting of the seven most developed countries and Russia will be held tomorrow in Bonn. German Foreign Minister said that Kosovo needs a robust UN mandate and that a turn around could happen during the May.

Kosovo Albanian leader, Ibrahim Rugova, is in Italy.
Serbian electricity system fell apart again. Press agencies reported that 60% of the country is without electricity. Most telephone lines are out of order. State television broadcasts its signal from time to time. NATO strikes were weaker during last night due to bad weather conditions confirmed OBN’s reporter from Belgrade, Natasa Narancic.
Kosovo – Refugees
According to the UN Agency for Refugees, some 700,000 Kosovo Albanians have left Yugoslavia from the beginning of the NATO strikes. Albania has accepted 404,202 refugees, Macedonia 211,340 and Montenegro 61,700.
Banja Luka
Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Zivko Radisic, sent a letter to the Chairman of the UN Security Council, warning him that NATO uses territory, infrastructure and air space of BiH for the aggression on the Federal Republic Yugoslavia.
Sarajevo
BiH Presidency analysed today its last week’s visit to the European Parliament. Another step towards entering to the European Council is the signing of a convention against corruption. Members of the BiH Presidency also discussed a reconstruction of the BiH Council of Ministers.

A report on the beginning of a trial to Muris Ljubuncic in Travnik due to the killing of the police officer Ante Valjan on July 31st last year. Ljubuncic proclaimed his innocence.

SFOR Commander, General Mongomery Meigs, met with the BiH Federation Interior Minister, Mehmed Zilic. They discussed the security situation on the territory of the BiH Federation and training of anti-terrorist teams.
Travnik
Special Envoy of the UN Secretary General, Elizabeth Rehn, visited Travnik today. Measures were agreed in order to increase security in the Srednja Bosna Canton.
