Mostar
Approximately 1,500 people in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton had temporary to leave their houses because the river Neretva flooded the banks. The material damage is very big. There were no casualties. The Canton Government held the special session today. They decided to send a request to the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Electricity Supply to urgently develop a plan for further prevention of flooding of the river Neretva.
In the meantime, the water level stabilized and decreased for 70 centimeters. The report was produced by OBN reporter from Mostar, Blazica Kristo.

Sarajevo
The height of snow in Sarajevo is 95 centimeters. Local and international traffic was not stopped but it is moving slowly. The International Airport was closed. The Government provided additional funds in order to provide functioning of roads. The report was produced by OBN reporter, Anes Alic.

The RS Car Association announced that traffic on the roads was moving slowly, while in the mountain areas, some parts of the roads were covered with ice. More than 50% of users in the BiH Federation do not have electricity because of cuts in the electricity supply, OBN reporter, Mirna Sadikovic, confirmed. Management of the “Elektroprivreda” company decided to ask help from the BiH Federation Government, the Army and SFOR in order to get helicopters and repair damages which occurred on 30 long distance power lines.
Sarajevo

SFOR Action
According to evidence material gathered in an SFOR operation on October 14th in West Mostar, a number of illegal activities of the Croatian Intelligence Service within BiH against the Dayton Peace Agreement, BiH citizens and the International Community were determined.
