In accordance with my authority under Annex 10 of the General Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Article XI of the Conclusions of the Peace Implementation Council held in Bonn on 10 December 1997, I hereby decide that the Law on Prosecution for the Central Zone of the City of Mostar shall enter into force with immediate effect on an interim basis, until the Cantonal Assembly of the Hercegovina-Neretva Canton adopts this Law in due form, without any amendments and no conditions attached.

LAW ON PROSECUTION FOR THE CENTRAL ZONE OF THE CITY OF MOSTAR
On the basis of Article 27, Paragraph 2 of the Law on Courts of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton of 3 August 1998 and the Law on the Court for the Central Zone of the City of Mostar of 3 August 1998 and, in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Prosecution of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, the following Law on Prosecution for the Central Zone of the City of Mostar is passed:
Article 1
A Prosecutor’s Office for the territory of the Central Zone of the City of Mostar shall be established.
Article 2
The seat of the Prosecutor’s Office for the territory of the Central Zone shall be in the Central Zone of the City of Mostar.
Article 3
If not otherwise provided by this Law, all provisions of the Law on Prosecution of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton which are applicable to the Municipal Prosecutor’s Offices shall apply equally to the Prosecutor’s Office for the territory of the Central Zone.
Article 4
The national composition of the Prosecutor’s Office for the territory of the Central Zone shall reflect the overall national composition of the population of the entire City of Mostar, based on the results of the 1991 census.
Article 5
This Law enters into force with immediate effect.
Article 6
Without prejudice to its entry into force, this Law shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton without delay.
