Sarajevo, 27 March 1999 The OHR deplores and condemns the attacks on two TV crews in Banja Luka yesterday. The two TV crews of a RS TV station were filming yesterday's violent demonstrations and protests in front of the offices of the U.S. and the British Embassy in Banja Luka.

Attack on OHR Derventa Office
Banja Luka, 10 March 1999 Ambassador Miguel Arias called on the Mayor of Derventa today to express his profound concern over a violent attack on the Derventa office of the OHR during the weekend. An anti-personnel grenade was thrown into the office through a window.

Brcko Decision
The OHR would wish to underline what the High Representative said at his press conference yesterday by stressing the following points: Firstly, all parties agreed at Dayton that Brcko would be subject to independent arbitration. They agreed that the arbitration award would be final and binding, and to implement it without delay.
