The purpose of the position is to ensure that SCU Officers have at all times a dedicated assistant for interpreting, translating and other case-related duties. The job is intended to enable the SCU Officers to communicate and interact with the BiH environment in pursuit of their duties.

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive strategic and administrative support to the Head of Personnel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the Department and its overall work flow. The incumbent will work under the general and direct supervision of the Head of Personnel or their designee.

Head of Registry and Distribution will ensure that all documentation received in Registry is efficiently and effectively recorded and distributed to the relevant departments, and that all letters are promptly responded to by the appropriate department. The selected candidate will supervise the work of the team.

The Incumbent will work under the general supervision of the Chief of Investigation and Verification Department and direct supervision of Deputy Chief of Verification Section.
