BHT1 by Damir Simic – The Council for the protection of vital national interests of the FBiH Constitutional Court has ruled that the draft law on the FBiH public broadcasting service is detrimental to the vital national interests of the Croat people.

RTRS – Over 50 Bosniaks from Konjevic Polje near Bratunac clashed on Monday night with support team of Zvornik Public Security Centre. As official police statement reads, the incident occurred when three Bosniaks stopped their car in front of the car of police officers who were returning from duty and started insulting them on ethnical basis.

RHB, RTRS - In an arraignment hearing before the preliminary judge of the BiH Court, Momcilo Mandic plead not guilty to all charges of war crimes against civilian population (committed in 1992) contained in the indictment.

BHT1 by Damir Simic – BiH Police Reform Directorate (PRD) is going to continue its work on Wednesday, but it is still unknown who is going to take over position of the Chairman of PRD Steering Board. Mandate to the existing Chair of the PRD SB, Vinko Dumancic, has expired but no Serb representative wants to replace him.

BHT 1 by Damir Simic – BHT 1 comments the exchange of letters between BIH Presidency Chair Sulejman Tihic and BIH Prosecution has continued. The BiH Prosecution has been conducting 10 separate investigations on war crimes in Srebrenica and has consequently refused to oblige to Tihic’s request and publishes the names of suspected war criminals.
