Supervisor for Brcko, Robert Farrand issues an order on Privatization
Privatisation in the area of Brcko Municipality which is under the Supervision of International Community has been stopped from today. Supervisor for Brcko Robert W. Farrand has taken this step in order to protect ordinary citizens of RS since the current RS legislation on privatisation lacks a sound technical framework.

Banja Luka Airport to Reopen
There will be an opening ceremony and press briefing at Banja Luka Airport at 1200 on Tuesday 18 November 1997, where the Bosnia and Herzegovina Department of Civil Aviation (BH DCA) will issue a provisional Airport Opening Certificate. Supervisor for Brcko Robert W. Farrand condemns the Serb Radio Brcko broadcast November 12 of a public statement issued jointly by the Association of War Veterans and other organizations. The statement lists names of elected counselors of the Brcko Municipal Assembly and calls for their arrest as war criminals.
