3 March 1998 , 19:30 Sarajevo - The BiH Federation HoR Deputies accepted at today's session their own Parliamentary Working Program as well as a Government Working Program for this year. Discussion on the Housing Law Draft took a couple of hours, as there were many amendments to the draft.

A JAT airplane landed at Mahovljani airport in Banja Luka at 10:55 hrs this morning. The first commercial flight since the beginning of the war officially opened the Banja Luka-Belgrade air service. A delegation of FRY business people led by the Federal Prime Minister, Milovan Sainovic, arrived on the plane.

RS President, Biljana Plavsic, in an interview to a Kragujevac (South of Belgrade) TV station, stated that Ratko Mladic and Radovan Karadzic had fought a just fight for the survival of the Serb people. President Plavsic stated that everybody should have the right to make informed decisions, including Karadzic and Mladic.

1 March 98, 19:30 The Day of Independence of BiH was celebrated today. On the occasion, CoM Co-chairman Silajdzic organized reception at the Presidency, saying that the war was ceased with the DPA, but the battle for independence is still proceeding.
